What’s New:

• We’ve added a Facility Only classification to accommodate a group of worker added to the system for tracking purposes only. Their engagement details may not be known or needed. When a Facility Only classification is selected, only the following information will be collected:
  – Worker Information (First Name, Last Name, Phone Country Code, Phone, Email)
  – Engagement Details (Vendor, Anticipated Start Date, Anticipated End Date, Job Description, Department, Reporting Location, Reports To)
  – Additional Information (Purchase Order, Internal Notes, Company Custom Fields)
• We are continuing to enhance our “GET engagements,” “GET workers” and “POST third party system ids” API routes to support more integration use cases. All updates have been added to our API documentation: https://api.staffingnation.com/help/documentation.

Fixes:

• We can now process pay rate adjustments, regardless of engagement Anticipated Start Date, without receiving an error message.
• When adding a tracked worker, if a user enters a value on the Purchase Order field or Internal Notes field, the values are now saved and shown on the engagement pusher. The purchase order value will also show on the Purchase Order column of the Engagements page.
